One outstanding feature of the RMT continuous stuffers is the peculiar design of the meat impeller assembly, made from a rotor with steel paddles, which turns within a stator. Its concentric rotation ensures that the path taken by each paddle, from the loading area up to the meat discharge area, maintains a constant shape of the meat between two consecutive paddles. This eliminates any squeezing, tearing or bruising of the product which in turn eliminates the possibility of smears or stains.
All this, added to the strong vacuum produced inside the stuffing chamber, provides a high-quality end product with an unbeatable presentation.
