The TSR mixture coolers are a heat exchanger developed for the continuous cooling of mechanically recovered meat mixtures.

Each cylinder has a cooling capacity of 2,000 kg/hour with a differential of 10ºC, so two cylinders provide 4,000 kg/hour and 3 cylinders 6,000 kg/hour.

Easy dismantling for cleaning.
