RMT MEAT TECHNOLOGY was created in 1997 for the design, manufacture, and supply of machinery and technological equipment for the food industry, and specifically for the meat sector.

Since its beginnings, RMT has specialized in researching production processes for the meat industry, with a pilot plant for the development of:

-Technology for the manufacture of cooked hams and cold meats.

-Technology for the manufacture of hot dog, sausages and mortadella.

-Technology for the production of fresh injected products, meats, chicken and fish.

-Technology for the manufacture of minced meats and minced, fresh, and cured sausages.

-Cooking systems for meat products.

RMT develops projects and designs lines and 'turn-key' plants, with technological support in the manufacturing processes, the manufacture of machinery and equipment, pre and after sales technical service and the supply of spares, materials, and complementary products for the meat industry.
